FASTER AND MORE ACCURATE ThreeBond has developed various types of labor saving equipment in order to have TB’s liquid gasket, locking agent, adhesive, sealant and other products utilized most rationally, to be welcomed by users. A part of labor saving equipments manufactured and marketed by ThreeBond are shown below.

1. A simple type coating machine to feed material out of pot tank pneumatically and deliver by triggering pen-holder, without utilizing electric control. Pen-holder type easy to operate. Suited for delivering low viscosity material (10,000 cps or less).
2. A plastic cartridge spray gun characterized by light weight and compact size. If an attachment is replaced, tubed material can be delivered.
3. A device to spray material press-fed by a high pressure air pump through a triggered spray gun Suited for spraying silicone sealant.
4. A precision liquid delivering device extruding material in a pot tank pneumatically and control-ling feed rate by opening and closing a valve.
5. A delivering device to extrude material in car-tridge pneumatically through a plunger. Suited for delivering material of relatively higher viscosity such as silicone sealant and grease.
6. For low viscosity liquids under 2000cp; dis-penses precise, extremely minute quantities; tubing pump type precision liquid dispenser
7. For high viscosity liquids; dispenses precise, extremely minute quantities. Ideal for silver past.
8. A micro-volume delivering device suited for low viscosity material (10,000 cps or less). The tubing pump system ensures continued supply at exact delivery rate.
9. A UV irradiating device using optic fiber light guide. Since the irradiation head can be moved freely, irradiation for microspaces and three-di-mensional structure is available.
10. A light weight and compact sized UV irradiat-ing device of which lamp house can be handled with a hand. The device can be carried to any-where in the assembly line and realize hardening with irradiation for a short period of time.
11. This 3-axis desktop dispenser was developed exclusively for sealants and adhesives. It can be used with various types of dispensers and pumps assembled. Pictured is the cartridge type liquid dispenser.
12. This automated unit for single component epoxy resin (driven by a small quantity valve robot) performs precious dispensing. Right And for small production volumes of small parts by using a syringe type dispenser, automated dispensing can be performed.
13. This device dispenses sealant to effectively plugs and removal holes in die casted automotive cylinder blocks, etc. Suitable for online applications for RTM, manual applications as well.
