Desired Profile :	Should have excellent communication skills Should be assertive, approachable Task oriented, Active, Energetic and should be able to work as a team He should be self-starter and capable of independently holding important clients and dealers for developing new sales. He should be fast learner and should minimum technical knowledge. Minimum 2 yrs Exp in OEM supplies and Aftermarket Supplies.
Job Description :	OEM Overall sales planning, Evaluating brand & Promotion strategies. Merchandising equipment sales and service management New ordering plans follow up with suppliers and thus all import procurements. Recommend products for stock holding. Customer account management i.e. Reconcile, Technical assistance, Sales targets, Payments of supplies & services, Customer feedback, Update customer database & info etc. Compilation of MIS and preparation of reports i.e. Monthly sales, Collections & projections, Cash flow & expenses etc. AFTER MARKET To plan and execute strategies of Aftermarket products. To monitor sales of Aftermarket distributors. To cater to existing Automobile manufacturer (2/4 wheelers) for sustaining existing Genuine parts sale and develop new genuine parts. Market survey for studying and launching new products. To explore sale in consumer market/ retail mega marts. Have some experience of export/ import trade also. Knowledge of products used by Automobile workshops (2/4 wheelers)
