| Mec
processing is a processing technology that applies a special
process on microcapsulated highly reactive adhesive agent
to equip the threaded parts of screws, bolts and pipes
with the lock and seal function. It is a technology that
integrates the screw with the sealant and the lock agent.
When left alone, no reaction will occur to Mec-procesed
screws. When these screws are tightened, the micro capsule
will break to allow the adhesive agent to exude. At a
short instant, polymerization begins, which prevents the
threaded parts from loosening or leaks from occurring.
With Mec processing, the screws and bolts will be unified
with the lock agent and the sealant. Thus, no tape is
required to wrap around them or no lock agent or sealant
is needed to be applied to coat them. They will deliver
the lock and seal effect when assembled.
